Flew into Austin, Texas, “the live music capital of the world” for my first ever Texas Library Association conference (2011). Guitars were everywhere…even at the airport! I thought I landed in heaven.
Texas hospitality is not fictional. It’s true! Librarians were so friendly and warm and full of great ideas.
